• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Use the software for any unlawful purpose
• Share your license key with others

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate Echoes before purchasing. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.

5. Updates

Your license includes access to all updates within the same major version. Major version upgrades may require an additional purchase at a discounted rate.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Echoes is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Echoes or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
